The entity is the Trustee Company for the Tozer Family Trust and manages the Consulting Construction Engineering business on behalf of the Trust. It acts as trustee and provides administration management services for all work undertaken by Barry Allan Tozer.

Tozer & Associates Pty Limited has been undertaking specialist construction engineering consulting in the building and construction industry since 1979. These specialist consulting activities currently include the following;

• Expert Reports on construction activities and reviews of construction claims, particularly relating to valuation, including costing of delay and disruption on contracts, latent conditions, loss of productivity and construction scheduling ;
• Review of Construction Cost Estimates, based on detailed calculations including methods, construction schedules, production rates and measurement of quantities and budget cost estimates based on historical data, unit costing and previous experience;
• Probity audits and advice on tendering and procurement processes and procedures, primarily associated with the building and construction industry.
