Current Rates (from 1 July 2011):

$350.00 per hour (excl. GST)

$3,000.00 per day (excl GST)

The rates are inclusive of minor disbursements except for Travel and Accommodation outside of the Sydney Metropolitan Area;

Fees payable for room hire, transcripts or other facilities and any professional services retained on behalf of clients or parties will be charged at invoiced cost.

Discounted rates may be negotiated for particular services. We are able to quote some services at a fixed lump sum.

Tax Invoices are issued monthly by Tozer & Associates Pty. Limited for the professional services of Barry A Tozer. Payment terms are 30 days from date of Tax Invoice. Late payments will be charged interest on the outstanding balance at 3/4% per month after 60 days from date of Tax Invoice.

For Arbitrations and Court References, prior arrangements will be made for Security Deposits to be held in a Trust Account and drawn down periodically in accordance with a Fee Agreement.
